Subsidiaries

Our steel structure sector is a crucial part in our day to day business activities, since its integrated in almost every constructional aspect we produce. We design, fabricate and install medium to heavy steel structures and industrial steel parts, whilst implementing the latest production techniques and operational systems. In addition, the use of high-quality raw materials and superior finishing has distinctively positioned us amongst competitors.

Our foundations sector consists of, on and offshore projects with the ability of working in all types of soil, whether it’s rock, sand or clay, with a depth of up to 70 lm and a diameter of 2.5m.

In 2011, El Soadaa Ready Mix’s first batch plant was founded, it was located at one of our projects (Sandoob). To date, we obtain 10 batch plants that produce up to 720,000 Cubic Meters per year. Our E-batch plants have a German automated system installed, measuring all raw materials to the correct proportion, enhancing our efficiency, whilst eliminating overall waste of materials.

In 2022, El Soadaa Arabian for Contracting was established in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under El Soadaa Group. This marks the group’s inaugural international subsidiary.

Swoodx is a wood works brand that was established in 2018, under El Soadaa Group’s various sectors. Our sole purpose is to produce credible output through the latest technologies and practices, whilst maintaining a superior aesthetic appeal.

El Soadaa Agricultural Development (ESAD) was established in 2022 in Egypt, with the foremost aim of contributing to the development of the Egyptian agriculture industry. ESAD’s land is approximately 4,800 acres, located in Minya, a city in Upper Egypt known for farming.
