To Review engineering and executive designs, define works and materials, prepare the BOQ and invoices, and timely follow-up the delivers according to the detailed project plan.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
- Review the project contract documents (time schedule, project design drawings, BOQ, etc.).
- Approve subcontractors’ invoices according to work executed on site.
- Review weekly/monthly reports related to the project& follow up the project’s status.
- Review quantity survey for all projects in addition to ensuring the accuracy of quantities in the Bill of Quantity (BOQ).
- Participate in tendering Committees.
- Provide technical support to site engineers if required.
- Release the SAP service sheet to the finance department.
Key performance indicators
- Accuracy in QS not less than 100% in order to make consumption of material usage.
- Accuracy in reviewing invoices not less than 100%
- Accuracy of quantities in the Bill of Quantity (BOQ) not less than 100%.
- 100% accuracy in the uploaded data on SAP.

Must have technical / professional qualifications (knowledge & Skills):
- Previous experience in same role not less than 3 years.
- Bachelor of Engineering.
- AutoCAD, Revit & Microsoft Office.
- SAP User.
- Very Good English.
- Strong Negotiation & attention to details skills.
- Communication Skills.
