Job Purpose
Implement the procurement plans by analysing and negotiating the offers with the vendors and subcontractors to get the best offers and ensure the accuracy in time delivery and high-quality materials in order to obtain the maximum benefit for the company.
Key Accountabilities and Decision Ownership
- Analyse the subcontractors’ and suppliers’ offers and compare and recommend the best offers that benefit the company regarding the cost, quality and delivery time.
- Prepare the subcontractors’ contracts and ensure its compliance with the company’s regulations.
- Receive the PRs and procure the materials requested and ensure delivery on-time with the set budgets.
- Generate the POs on SAP.
- Follow up on subcontractors and suppliers to ensure accuracy in time delivery and quality and not exceeding the budget.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure the on-time delivery of materials to different projects in order to keep the running of work on site.
- Develop and maintain a good relation with the suppliers and vendor for future procurement needs.
- Prepare the documents related to specs & quality.
- Prepare Material List & submission plan according to the baseline of the project & ensure material submittals comply with project’s specs & BOQ.
- Monitor the warehouse workflow, storage & revise SAP material codes and materials stock.

Must Have Technical / Professional Qualifications (Knowledge & Skills)
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Previous experience in the same field for not less than 1 year.
- Strong Problem Solving, negotiation, communication, analytical thinking skills.
- Excellent command in English.
- Excellent command in Microsoft Office.
