HR Generalist

Job Purpose

To operate the daily functions and operations of the Human Resource, administer pay, benefits, and leaves. To provide necessary assistance and cooperation with line managers in respect of interpreting and applying the HR instructions and vision.

Key Accountabilities and Decision Ownership

  • Maintain and update employees’ records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating on the HR database and issue regular reports as required.
  • Process the monthly payroll, overtime & attendance of the employee in the sector.
  • Handle Sector’s hiring requests and conducting initial interviews for blue collars.
  • Update job description for the concrete sector if required.
  • Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
  • Follow up on the new hire probation period and coordinate with the HQ in case of any registration in order to schedule an Exit Interview.

Must Have Technical / Professional Qualifications (Knowledge & Skills):

  • Bachelor degree of any discipline.
  • Previous experience in same role not less than 3 years.
  • HR Diploma is a plus.
  • Strong Negotiation, Time Management & follow up skills

Key Performance Indicators

  • 0% delays in submitting payroll Report.
  • 0% delay in submitting Probation Period Report.
  • Support all employees for any inquires related to HR not less than 100%.

  • Working Days: 5 Working Days
  • Days Off: 2 Days Off
  • Working Hours: 9 – 5
